Hey everyone ! My name is Ashti :)
I live in the beautiful Caribbean island, Trinidad and Tobago. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Business Administration (MBA). It's my latest and proudest endeavour to date and in a couple months, God willing, it will be hailed a milestone in my life. Dream big and work hard :)
I'm an absolute foodie. I love trying new things and experiencing different cultures. Baking is a passion of mine. To me it's about the imagination, the taste, the consistency and the intricacy in design. It's an art really...I plan to travel the world and sample anything that appeals to me. What's amazing is that food and desserts can form a bond between anyone. Every culture has their own speciality or specialties. It's eye opening to see the ingredients used by some, the array of spices and the processes they use to create.
This blog explores a range of desserts, not just purely my choices but reader influenced. Tell me what you want to whip up and I'll help you ! It dabbles in the unique recipes of this twin isle.
